We the undersigned petition the Council to work with ExtraCare at Earlsdon Park Village (EPV) to improve lighting and signage within the area. We ask that Coventry City Council (CCC) conduct light surveys around the main entrance and should it be found extra lighting to be installed to help mitigate risk at the pavement crossing. We also ask that CCC advise and assist EPV with upgrading streetlights within the park complex.
Finally, we ask that CCC help highlight directions to the Village leading from both directions with signage for both visitor and delivery entrance installed where appropriate.
Lighting around the entrance to the village is quite poor,
residents are concerned crossing the road and walking down towards
the village entrance.
