Residents are really concerned about the increasing amount of speeding traffic using Queen Isabels Avenue in Cheylesmore and the serious risk this places to all road users including pedestrians, especially as this route is used by parents taking their small children to school on a daily basis. We, the residents, therefore call on Coventry City Council to conduct a full review and put in place traffic calming measures to prevent traffic from future excessive speeding along this route.
