As owner/management of The New Albany Pub in Coventry, we are pleading and urging every resident in the area to get behind us and sign this petition to get Coventry Council to put speed bumps along Broomfield Road.
We are sure most of you are aware of how fast people drive up and down the street on a daily basis without a care in the world, how long will it be until somebody gets seriously injured? We fear for our own kids safety and the safety of all the residents in the area.
We have also tried putting our own signs up with a speed limit but people are just not taking notice and still driving like maniacs. Something needs to be done ASAP before somebody gets seriously injured or even worse, gets killed. If we all get behind this we can make it happen.
