The rear access path between 40 and 42 Uplands, CV2 3FZ, is currently experiencing a constant drug use problem. This has been reported to the council several times and the needles have been removed, however needles, syringes and other related paraphernalia return within a few days. While we feel for those who see drugs as their only option, we cannot have this activity occuring in our area, particularly due to the presence of children and pets.
