Objection to Application OUT/2021/2049 - Land off Park Hill Lane
We the undersigned petition the Council to object to the planning approval of OUT/2021/2049 whereby the applicant is applying to construct 5 houses in Park Hill Lane with access from High Beech. We object on the grounds that the entrance from High Beech is unsuitable from a practical and safety point of view
High Beech is not a normal width carriageway and for the additional traffic it is not practical to carry this traffic in addition to its normal load especially as High Beech is used as a pedestrian safe walking route to Allesley Village and Park
