Upper Hill Street Road Safety & Pollution
We the undersigned petition the Council to look at alternative solutions for lowering pollution levels on Holyhead Road, rather than moving pollution and traffic nearer to school gates and playgrounds at St Osburg's Catholic Primary School by opening Upper Hill Street to and from the Ring Road.
We the undersigned are concerned about the impact of opening Upper Hill Street to and from the Ring Road on the safety and well-being of the children attending St Osburg’s Primary School and local residents. We call upon Coventry City Council to look at alternative solutions for lowering pollution levels on Holyhead Road rather than moving pollution nearer to school gates and playgrounds.
