Widdrington Road is badly in need of resurfacing works. It is a heavily used road joining Foleshill Road with Sandy Lane and frequently used by HGVs which has damaged it's surface. In addition, vehicles often speed along it and it is very difficult to cross at the junction with Sandy Lane. We call on the Council to resurface the road and provide safety measures such as speed cushions and a crossing or pedestrian refuge at the junction with Sandy Lane.
