For several years this site was affected by fly-tipping, creating an unsafe and unsightly environment. Following a major clean-up effort, the land is now clear but remains unused and at risk of future neglect. We believe this presents an ideal opportunity for positive redevelopment.
A children’s playground at Budbrooke Close would provide a safe space for local children, encourage outdoor activity, and bring families together. Developing the site would also help prevent further fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour by giving the area a clear and valued purpose.
We respectfully request that Coventry City Council consider this proposal and engage with the local community regarding possible next steps. We would welcome the opportunity to support this initiative in any way we can.
