Residential parking scheme for Blackwell Road
We the undersigned petition the Council to instal a residential parking scheme due to the ongoing congestion on Blackwell Road caused by non residents, especially near the entrance. This creates daily inconvenience and safety concerns and we feel a resident only parking system will help solve the issue.
Everyday residents of Blackwell road face traffic congestion near the entrance of the road and find it difficult to get in and out the road. We have also seen an increase in litter on our road and this is largely due to non residents who use our road for parking.
