We the undersigned petition the Council to stop others parking in Winifred Avenue by making it residents permit parking only. There are a couple of businesses that use Winifred Avenue for customer parking which overloads the street with non-residents vehicles during the day and evening.
We have noticed some cars being abandoned in our street too.
