We strongly object to proposed plans to build a large 3 storey
building with 50 apartments for supported housing for following
reasons:
1. Loss of privacy and intrusion to local community.
2. Inadequate parking, traffic generation, and endangerment to
highway safety (access for emergency services and refuse collection
on Gibbons Close)
3. Noise and disturbance resulting from occupants of proposed
building
4. Visual amenity, layout and density of the building
5. Disruption to local residents during construction
