To agree the minutes of the Sub-Committee (2) (Hackney Carriage & Private Hire Taxi Licensing) held on 16^th September 2025.

The minutes of the meeting held on 16^th of September 2025 were agreed and signed as a true record.

There were no matters arising.

RESOLVED that, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the item of business indicated below on the grounds that that item involves the likely disclosure of exempt information, as defined in Schedule 12A of that Act, in particular those paragraphs of Part 1 of the Schedule as indicated:

(a)  The application for the Grant of a Private Hire Driver’s Licence be refused.

(Notes: i) Councillor S Jobbar did not vote on this application as they were not present at the start of the meeting. ii) The Applicant and his Union Representative attended the meeting in support of his case).
