(a) The Renewal of a Private Hire Driver’s Licence be granted.
(Notes: i) Councillor C Miks did not speak or vote on this application as she had not yet completed the relevant training. ii) The Applicant attended the meeting in support of his case).
(b) The Application for the Grant of a Private Hire Driver’s Licence be refused.
