Temporary Pavement Licensing Policy Report of the Director of Transportation and Highways
NOTE: In accordance with the Constitution, Councillor R Brown, Chair of the Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee, has been invited to attend the meeting for this item of business to agree the need for urgency such that call-in arrangements will not apply. The reason for urgency being that as soon as the Business and Planning Bill is passed, the temporary licensing arrangements will come into operation the following day to enable the granting of licences for businesses to place furniture within the highway to allow them to trade outside in response to the need to maintain social distancing.
