Minutes:

Councillor G Hayre declared an ‘Other Relevant Interest’ in the matter the subject of Minute 13(a) and 13(b) below headed “Application for Grant/Suitability to hold Hackney Carriage & Private Hire Drivers Licences” as both the applicants were known to him. He withdrew from the meeting during consideration of the item.

(a)  The application for the grant of a Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence be granted.
