Councillor G Hayre declared an ‘Other Relevant Interest’ in the matter the subject of Minute 26(a) below headed “Application for Grant/Suitability to hold Hackney Carriage & Private Hire Drivers Licences” as the applicant was known to him. He withdrew from the meeting during consideration of the item.

RESOLVED that, having considered the circumstances set out in the report of the Director of Streetscene and Regulatory Services now submitted:

 

(a)  The Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence having been reviewed, be revoked with immediate effect.

 

(Notes: (i) The Applicant attended the meeting in support of his application.

 

  (ii) The complainants also attended the meeting in support of the  

  complaint)
