Minutes:

RESOLVED that, having considered the circumstances set out in the report of the Director of StreetScene and Regulatory Services now submitted:

 

(a)  The Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence having been reviewed, be allowed to continue.

 

(Note: The applicant and his representative attended the meeting in support of his case.)

 

(b)  The application for a Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence be granted with a written warning.

 

(Notes: 1. The applicant attended the meeting in support of his application.

2. Councillor G Ridley did not take part in the consideration or voting on this application as he had left the meeting.)

 

(c)  The Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence having been reviewed, be suspended for a period of six months.

 

(Notes: 1. The applicant and his legal representative attended the meeting in support of his case.

2. Councillors G Ridley, R Lakha and L Bigham did not take part in the voting on this application as they had left the meeting.)
