Recurring Mouse Infestation at Restaurant /Premises

Minutes:

RESOLVED that, having considered a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (Place):

 

1.  That the Council Solicitor be authorised to institute legal proceedings under the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013 against appropriate persons in respect of the alleged mouse infestation and dirty conditions on the owners of Crazy Gate, Ironmonger Row, Coventry, CV1 1LZ.

 

2.  That authority be delegated to the Director (Streetscene and Regulatory Services) to authorise legal proceedings for any further offences which may come to light before the case under consideration has been resolved in court.

Trading without a Licence to provide Home Boarding for Dogs

Minutes:

RESOLVED that, having considered a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (Place):

 

1.  The Council Solicitor be authorised to institute legal proceedings under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 in respect of the alleged trading without a licence to provide home boarding for dogs at 66 Lauderdale Avenue, Coventry, CV4 4LL.

 

2.  That authority be delegated to the Director (Streetscene and Regulatory Services) to authorise legal proceedings for any further offences which may come to light before the case under consideration has been resolved in court.
