RESOLVED that, having considered the circumstances set out in the reports of the Deputy Chief Executive (Place) now submitted:

 

(a)  The consideration of the application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Fawad Seddiqi be deferred to a future meeting to allow for the services of an interpreter to be secured.

 

(Note: Mr F Seddiqi attended the meeting in support of his application.)
