Debates To be moved by Councillor Gannon and seconded by Councillor Kelly “Coventry City Council calls on Price Waterhouse Coopers, the administrators managing the sale of LTI's assets, to ensure that any potential buyer commits to manufacturing black cabs in Coventry. It is unthinkable that the historic black cab could be built anywhere else but in Coventry. Coventry City Council supports Unite the Union, which represents the laid-off workers at Manganese Bronze and also the black cab drivers, in campaigning to save the black cab and to continue to have them built in Coventry.” Additional documents: Webcast for 23.
