To consider the following Debates, as set out in two requisitions for an Extraordinary Meeting of the City Council: (a) “To debate the findings of the Ofsted report into Children’s Services at the Council.” This requisition was signed by Councillors Mrs Lucas, Townshend, Duggins, Kershaw and Hetherton. (b) “To discuss the findings of the Ofsted report into Children’s Services (published on 21st March 2014) and understand the proposals going forward.” This requisition was signed by Councillors Andrews, Blundell, Hammon, Noonan and Lepoidevin.
